The menu at La Ciminea is a surprising trip back in time, to discover flavors that have been kept dampened for way too long. Chef Gabriele Natali wisely combines ancient ingredients and innovative cooking techniques, enhancing every shade of taste. Simple ingredients straight out of the Sardinian countryside appear in combination with fresh seafood, the best cuts of local meats, delicious cheeses and fragrant vegetables grown in our kitchen garden.

For special occasions or for a dinner out of the ordinary, we suggest our selection of champagnes, a timeless classic that never lets you down.

Surrounded by the green embrace of centuries-old olive trees and fragrant myrtles, La Ciminea emanates a rustic and fascinating elegance. An atmosphere that you’ll find in every part of the restaurant: from the inner rooms warmed by the fireplace to the pergola terrace overlooking the swimming pool, all the way to the pergola, immersed in the authentic Gallura countryside.

La Ciminea Restaurant is open from April to November and also welcomes non-guests. Lunch is served every day from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., while we open for dinner from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. Reservations are strongly recommended.
